In pursuance of an Execution issued from the Clerk's office of the Court of Common Pleas of Portage County, Ohio on the 24th day of March, 2006, and to me directed in the case above named, I will expose to Sale at Public Auction, on the premises of Evergreen Village MHP, 9294 State Route 44, Lot A14 in the Township of Shalersville, County of Portage, State of Ohio, on the 15th day of May, 2006, at one o'clock in the afternoon of said day the following Goods and Chattels, to-wit:

One 1984 Fairmont Manufactured Home

Identification Number NO48386X

A second sale date will be held on Monday the 22nd day of May, 2006 at one o'clock in the afternoon if the home does not sell on the 15th day of May, 2006. The second sale will be held at Evergreen Village MHP, 9294 State Route 44, Lot A14, Manuta, Ohio.

Terms of Sale: Cash Only, said goods and chattels were appraised at Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and no cents, $750.00 and can not be sold for less than two thirds that amount which is Five Hundred Dollars and no cents, $500.00. Storage of the home at Evergreen Village MHP must be arranged with Evergreen Village MHP within 24 hours after the order from the Portage County Municipal Court for a new title transferring ownership is received.

Taken as the property of Sharon Price, et al. to satisfy and Execution in the favor of Ohio Portfolio MHC, et al.
