Being a tract of land in Lot 67 in said Atwater Township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of State Highway 514, Welshfield Limavilla South Road and 60 feet wide, which line is the East line of Lot 67 and said point being 408.3 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 67; thence North 1 deg. 30' East, along the centerline of the road 200 feet; thence North 89 deg. 02' West, passing over an iron pipe set 30 feet from the center of the road and along line of Douglas E. Brown 435.60 feet to an iron pipe set; thence South 1 deg. 30' West along land of Douglas E. Brown, 200 feet to an iron pipe set; thence South 89 deg. 02' East along land of Eva Garrison, 435.6 feet to the place of beginning, passing over an iron pipe set 30 feet therefrom. Being the same property conveyed to Deborah S. Wingard and Robert C. Wingard, husband and wife, by Quit Claim Deed recorded 06/05/98, in Volume 307, Page 814, in the office of the Portage County Recorder.
