Known as being part of Lot 89 in said township and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the South line of C.H. 87 (Waterloo Road) which is N. 89 deg. 00 W a distance of 611 50 feet from the N.E. corner of Lot 87 a distance of 246 7 feet from a marked stone found as referred to in recorded Survey Number 1726; thence S. 1 deg. 00 W. a distance of 332 70 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 01 W. a distance of 25 00 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southwest corner of C A Knapp 710/893; thence N. 1 deg. 00 E. a distance of 332 70 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 00 E. a distance of 25 00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0 133 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst Registered Surveyor No. 5065 August 1966.
PARCEL 2:
Known as being part of Original Lot No. 89 in said township and being premises described as follows:
Beginning at a point 33 rods and 10 1/2 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 89 and on the lot line; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lot 160 feet; thence East 80 feet parallel with the North line of said lot; thence North 160 feet parallel with said West line; thence West 60 feet on the lot line to the place of beginning and continuing 35 95/383 square rods of land intending to describe 22 of an acre land.
Said Premises Located at 6434 Waterloo Rd., Atwater, OH 44201.
Said Premises Appraised at $90,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
