Known as being Sublot No. 241 in Spring Woods 3 A Subdivision, part of Orignal Lot No. 58, as recorded in Volume 22, Page 69 of Portage County Records of Plats as being 31.42 feet on the Northwest curved side of Maple Circle and extending back 142.07 feet on the Westerly line, 149.92 feet on the Easterly line and having a broken line of 151.92 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
