Beginning at the Southwest corner of said lot; thence East along the South line of said lot, 60 feet; thence North parallel with the West line of said lot, 180 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said lot, 60 feet to the West line of said lot; thence South along the West line of said lot, 180 feet to the place of beginning, containing .24 of and acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
