Beginning at a point in the center of the Brimfield-Suffield Road, which is South 1 deg. 30' West, 1413.02 feet from the intersection of the center of the Brimfield-Suffield Road and North line of Lot 41, the North lien of Lot 41 being the center of the Akron-Youngstown Road, said beginning point the Southwest corner of the land owned by George Glass; thence South 89 deg. 20' East, along the Glass South property line 437.94 feet to an iron pipe at Glass's Southeast corner and H. J. Strawbridge's West line, now owned by P. E. Schilmiller; thence along Strawbridge's West line, now P. E. Schilmiller; South 0 deg. 20' East, 99.12 feet to an iron rod at Scott Carahan's now E. E. Carnahan, Northeast corner; thence along Carnahan's North line, North 89 deg. 20' West, 204.85 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 deg. 20' West thru the property of Louis C. and Minnie M. Weckerly 87.12 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 80 deg. 20' West, 233.36 feet to a point in the center of the Brimfield-Suffield Road, State Route 43; thence North 1 deg. 30' East, 12.00 feet to the place of beginning. Surveyed by Marvin F. Stevens, Registered Surveyor No. 260. Containing 0.53 acres of land. Being the same property conveyed to John Nagy and Katherine M. Nagy, husband and wife, by deed dated February 24, 1989, of record in Volume 1076, Page 643, in the office of the recorder of Portage County, Ohio.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
