Beginning at a point in the center of the Brimfield-Suffield Road, which is South 1 deg. 30' West, 1413.02 feet from the intersection of the center of the Brimfield-Suffield Road and North line of Lot 41, the North lien of Lot 41 being the center of the Akron-Youngstown Road, said beginning point the Southwest corner of the land owned by George Glass; thence South 89 deg. 20' East, along the Glass South property line 437.94 feet to an iron pipe at Glass's Southeast corner and H. J. Strawbridge's West line, now owned by P. E. Schilmiller; thence along Strawbridge's West line, now P. E. Schilmiller; South 0 deg. 20' East, 99.12 feet to an iron rod at Scott Carahan's now E. E. Nagy, husband and wife, by deed dated February 24, 1989, of record in Volume 1076, Page 643, in the office of the recorder of Portage County, Ohio.

Said Premises Appraised at $115,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
