Known as being part of Lot No. 1 of Original Nelson Township and more particularly known as being Village Lot No. 124 according to the survey of J. Cole, made A. D. 1870, recorded in Portage County Plat Records, Volume 2, Page 7, said lot having a frontage of 66 feet on the Southerly side of East Main Street, now Water Street, and extending back between parallel lines to the rear of said lot, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
