In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Laurie J. Pittman's Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, March 27, 2006, at 12:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Edinburg to-wit:

Also known as being part of Subdivisoin 3 of Lot 8, in the South East quarter of Edinburg Township and more fully described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pin at the intersection of T.H. 54-E (Porter Road) and T.H. 121-A (Clark Road), said point also being the Southeast corner Subdivision 3 of Lot 8 of the Southeast quarter of Edinburg Township; thence with the center line of said Clark Road, N. 89 degrees 40' West, 975.71 feet to a point and the true place of beginning for the parcel herein to be conveyed; thence continuing with the centerline of Clark Road, N. 89 degrees 40' West, 174.24 feet to a point; thence with lands of Campbell North 0 degrees 20' East, 500.00 feet to an iron pin found; thence with additional land of Sturtevant South 89 degrees 40' East, 174.24 feet to an iron pin found; thence with additional lands of Sturtevant South 0 degrees 20' West, 500.00 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pin found 30.00 feet to said beginning, containing 2.000 acres of land, as surveyed in October, 1978 by Douglas E. Bedore, R.S. 6023.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
