Situated in the City of Streetsboro, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being known as Lot(s) #28 in the Stonegate Subdivision in the City of Streetsboro, as recorded in Plat Book 98, Page 57, Instrument #9821251 Portage County, Ohio Record of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Subject to all restrictions, declarations, limitations, easements, conditions and covenants of records and zoning resolutions. Title to the fee includes the obligations to pat the drainage maintenance fee assessed or to the assessed by the county pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code 6137 following, or the City of Streetsboro; pursuant to Chapter 729 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Grantor herein, its successors and assigns, reserves and retains to ownership of all oil and gas underlying the property herein conveyed, and the right to receive all royalties and/or profits from the existing oil and gas leases covering the property herein conveyed.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
