And known as being situated in Lot 26 of Franklin Township, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron stake on the North line of West Main Street and at the Southwest corner of a tract of land in said lot belonging to the Standard Oil Company, being the Southeast corner of the West Main Street Allotment, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 13 of Portage County Records of Plats; thence South 54 deg. 28' West, along the North line of West Main Street, 300.00 feet to an iron pin at the Southwest corner of a tract of land now or formerly belonging to Standard Oil Company, now owned by Klaassen, heretofore conveyed by William S. Kent and wife, being the Southwest corner of the West Main Street Allotment, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 13 of Portage County Records of Plats; thence South 54 degrees 28' West, along the North of West Main Street, 316.00 feet to an iron pin, the true place of beginning; thence North 35 degrees 35' 30" West, 174.60 feet to an iron pin; thence South 49 deg. 04' West, 65.30 feet to an iron pin; thence South 35 deg. 35' 30" East, 168.45 feet to an iron pin set in the North line of West Main Street; thence North 54 deg. 28' East along the North line of West Main Street 65.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.256 acres of land.

Said Premises Appraised at $125,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
