Situated in the Township of Streetsboro, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Streetsboro Township Lots 19 and 20 and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Elliman Road and being South 23 deg. 04' 30" East, 1349.61 feet from an iron rod at the intersection of said road centerline with the North line of Lot 19; thence South 23 deg. 04' 30" East, 202.03 feet along the centerline of Elliman Road; thence South 66 deg. 55' 30" West, 894.25 feet to an iron pipe in a prior Grantor's South line and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence North 84 deg. 17' West, 419.49 feet along a prior Grantor's South line to an iron pipe; thence North 66 deg. 55' 30" East, 1261.88 feet to the beginning and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center. Containing 5.000 acres of land of which 3.124 acres are in Lot 19 and 1.876 acres are in Lot 20, be the same more or less, as surveyed August 1986 by D. J. Collier, Registered Surveyor #4819.
Said Premises Located at 10055 Elliman, Mantua, OH 44255.
Said Premises Appraised at $225,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
