Situated in the Township of Atwater, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Lot No. 27, Atwater Township, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 27, which is on the centerline of T.H. 54 (Porter Road), said iron pipe was reset by the county surveyor using marked stone as shown on the accompanying plat; thence S. 0 deg. 20' W., a distance of 1520.50 feet along the centerline of C.H. 54 to an iron pipe which is the true place of beginning; thence S. 89 deg. 40' E., a distance of 646.80 feet to an iron pipe, passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet; thence S. 0 deg. 20' W., a distance of 110.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 40' W., a distance of 646.80 feet to an iron pipe on the centerline of C.H. 42, passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the centerline; thence N. 0 deg. 20' E., a distance of 110.00 feet along said centerline to the true place of beginning, containing 1.633 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Reg. Sur. No. 5065, October, 1965.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
