Also being the Northeast corner of Sub-division No. 01; thence running Southerly along the line of said Osborne's land, a distance of 110 feet to a point; thence Westerly on a line parallel with the South line of Rockwell Street, 60 feet to a point; thence Northerly parallel to the first above mentioned line of Osborne, a distance of 110 feet to the South line of Rockwell Street; thence Easterly along the South line of Rockwell Street, 60 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0 151 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
