Dallow and William F. and Ida Etling; thence South 85 deg. 56' 03" East and along the centerline of C.H. 154 a distance of 402.60 feet to a point; the true place of beginning said point being the Southeast corner of the William F. and Ida Etling property; thence North 4 deg. 19' East and along the East property line of William F. and Ida Etling passing over an iron rod set 30 feet from said centerline a distance of 758.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 85 deg. 56' 10" East, a distance of 131.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 6 deg. 39' 26" West and passing over an iron pipe set 30 feet from the centerline of C.H. 154, Sec. D a distance of 758.78 feet to a point; thence North 85 deg. 56' 03" West along the centerline of C.H. 154, Sec. D a distance of 100.00 feet to the true place of beginnning and containing 1.98 acres.

Dallow and William and Ida Etling intersects the centerline of C.H. 154, Section D, said point being witnessed by a stone found in the property line 25.00' North of the centerline of the road; thence S. 85 deg. 56' 03" E., along the centerline of C.H. 154, Section D, a distance of 402.60 feet to the true place of beginning; thence North 4 deg. 19' E. and passing over an iron pipe found 30.00 feet from the aforementioned centerline a distance of 200.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 85 deg. 56' 03" E., a distance of 50.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 4 deg. 19' W., and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet from the centerline of C.H. 154 a distance of 200.00 feet to a point in the centerline of the road; thence N. 85 deg. 56' 03" along the centerline of County Highway 154, Section D a distance of 50.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.23 acres of land. Commencing at an iron rod on the centerline of Lake Rockwell Road (C.H. 154) at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 100; thence South 85 degrees 56 minutes, 03 seconds East, along said road centerline, passing an iron rod at 1,251.93 feet, a distance of 1,501.93 feet to an iron rod and the place of beginning; thence North 6 degrees, 46 minutes, 10 seconds East along the Grantor's Westerly line passing a witness pin at 30.20 feet, a distance of 758.52 feet to an iron pin; thence South 86 degrees, 12 minutes, 15 seconds East, a distance of 42.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 4 degrees, 25 minutes, 40 seconds West, passing a witness pin at 727.56 feet, a distance of 757.89 feet to an iron rod on the centerline of Lake Rockwell Road; thence North 85 degrees, 56 minutes, 03 seconds West along said road centerline, a distance of 73.00 feet to the beginning, containing 1.000 acres of land. A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
