Hazen's First Addition to the village as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 162 now City of Ravenna, bounded by beginning at a point in the East line of Elm Street where the same intersects the South line of Lot No. 26; thence on the South line of Lots 26 and 27, 101.05 feet to the East line of Lot 27; thence North along the East line of Lot 27, 60 feet to a point; thence Westerly parallel with said South line of said lots 100.33 feet to the East line of Elm Street; thence South 60 feet to the place of beginning, and being the same premises devised to Elizabeth Fletcher under the last will and testament of her mother Louisa C. Fletcher, recorded in Volume 24, Page 484, of the will records of Portage County, Ohio. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
