Beginning at a point in the center of Merrill Road at the Southeast corner of property now owned by P. H. or C. A. Swigart, said point being more accurately described as North 64 deg. 17' West, 398.90 feet from centerline intersection of Merrill Road (T.H. 152) and West Shore Drive (T.H. 526); thence along the center of Merrill Road North 64 deg. 17' West, 426.85 feet to a point; thence along the East line of L. G. and Shirley S. Dillon's property and continuing along the East line of J. LaRose, North 2 deg. 22' East, 1094.90 feet to an iron pipe on the North line of said Township Lot No. Thirty-four (34) and passing over an iron pipe 34.02 feet from the center of Merrill Road; thence along the North line of said lot, North 87 deg. 10' East, 742.25 feet to an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Buena Vista Allotment recorded in Volume 3, Page 20, Portage County Recorder's Office Plat Records; thence South 2 deg. 50' East, 389.20 feet to an iron pipe in the Southwest corner of said Buena Vista Allotment; thence North 84 deg. 53' West, 227.90 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 11 deg. 32' West, 966.50 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe 30.65 feet from said beginning point, containing 15.527 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Surveyed by Marvin F. Stevens, Registered Surveyor No. 260. EXCEPTING therefrom, however, the following described property:

Starting at the Northwest corner of the Buena Vista Allotment as recorded in Volume 3, Page 20, Portage County Recorder's Office Plat Records; thence S. 87 deg. 10' West, 742.25 feet along the North line of Lot No. Thirty-four (34) to an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of Rose Plasterer; thence S. 2 deg. 22' W., 620.44 feet along Plasterer's East line to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning; thence S. 64 deg. 17' E., 100.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 2 deg. 22' W., 474.46 feet to the centerline of Merrill Road and passing over an iron pipe 32.68 feet from the road center; thence N. 64 deg. 17' W., 100.00 feet along the centerline of the Merrill Road to the Grantor's Southwest corner; thence N. 2 deg. 22' E., 474.46 feet along the Grantor's West line to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe 34.02 feet from the road center. Containing 1.00 acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in June 1971, by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

Said Premises Appraised at $140,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
