Beginning at an iron stake in the South line of Hazen Street and 66 feet Easterly from the East line of Page Street; thence S. 0 deg. 04' E., 108.17 feet to an iron stake; thence S. 87 deg. 30' E., 54.55 feet to an iron stake; thence Northeasterly 119.14 feet to an iron stake in the South line of Hazen Street; thence S. 84 deg. 51' W., 75.65 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.167 acres.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
