Beginning at a point on the West line of Lot No. 37 and the centerline of Etter Road, T.H. 9; thence along the center of road S. 45 deg. 27' E., 175.92 feet to a point; thence continuing along road, S. 57 deg. 31' E., 138.71 feet to a point; thence continuing along road center, S. 60 deg. 03' E., 457.35 feet to the true place of beginning; thence continuing along the road center S. 60 deg. 03' E., 165.02 feet to a point; thence N. 17 deg. 17' E., 408.22 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 33.80 feet from road center; thence N. 66 deg. 30' W., 198.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 12 deg. 05' W., 395.11 feet to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe 37.17 feet from the true place of beginning, containing 1.63 acres of land as surveyed by Marvin F.
