Situated in the Township of Shalersville, County of Portage and State of Ohio and also known as being part of Shalersville Township Lot 28, and more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found 2" deep monumenting the intersection of the centerlines of Streeter Road and the West line of Shalersville Township Lot 28, (witness an iron pin found 7" deep monumenting the centerline of said Streeter Road (CH 219-A, 60 feet wide), and the centerline of Peck Road CH 167, 60 feet wide), said pin being S. 89 deg. 29' 30" E., 2,937.07 from the West line of said township Lot 28); thence with the centerline of said Streeter Road S. 89 deg. 29' 30" E., 1426.90 feet to a point and the true place of beginning for the parcel herein to be conveyed; thence traversing farm lands owned by Ramsey and Herr the following: N. 0 deg. 15' 49" W., 555.70 feet to an iron pin set and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet from said road centerline of said Streeter Road and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet from said road centerline; S. 89 deg. 29' 30" E., 125.00 feet to an iron pin set; S. 0 deg. 15' 49" E., 555.70 feet to a point on centerline of said Streeter Road and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet from said road centerline; thence with the centerline of said Streeter Road N. 89 deg. 29' 30" W., 125.00 feet to the true place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
