Located in Lot No. 27, Nelson Township, Portage County, Ohio, and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found marking the Southeast corner of Lot 27; thence N. 89 deg. 32' 39" W., along the South line of Lot 27 and the centerline of Silica Sand Road (CH-253) 563.58 feet to a point; the true point of beginning for the following described premises; thence continuing N. 89 deg. 32' 39" W., along said lot line and the centerline, 266.86 feet to an iron pipe found marking the Southeast corner of lands now owned by W. E. Moran; thence N. 6 deg. 27' 21" E., along the East line of said Moran, passing over an iron pipe found at 20.11 feet a total distance of 117.48 feet to an iron pipe at a point of angle; thence N. 0 deg. 27' 59" E., along the East line of said Moran, 799.58 feet to an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of said Moran; thence S. 89 deg. 00' 25" E., along the South line of lands now owned by B. E. or B. L. Bell, 61.08 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 11 deg. 27' 55" E., passing over an iron pipe at 915.59 feet, a total distance of 936.03 feet, the true point of beginning and contains 3.3354 acres of land as surveyed in June, 1998, by Donald D. Harvey, Reg. Surveyor No. 4112, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
