Located in Lot 22, Deerfield Township, Portage County, Ohio and being further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of Lot 22; thence N. 00-10 E., a distance of 1103.00 feet along the East line of Lot 22 to an iron pipe found; thence N. 45-34 W., a distance of 487.36 feet thru various lands and land now or formerly owned by D. L. or K. Durrett as recorded in Deed Volume 982/540, to an iron rod found on the Southeasterly line of the Grantor and Northeasterly line of land of Durrett and which is the true place of beginning; thence S. 44-26 W., a distance of 150.00 feet along the common property line to an iron rod found at the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by G. W. and C. J. Hussey, at a common corner with land now or formerly owned by Mary Ingledo as recorded in Deed Volume 1141/079; thence N. 45-34 W., a distance of 70.45 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwesterly corner of land of Hussey at a common corner with land of M. Ingledo; thence N. 44-26 E., a distance of 250.00 feet along the Northerly line of land of Hussey and common line with land now or formerly owned by R. L. or A. M. Post as recorded in Deed Volume 1014/543, to a point on the centerline of Old Carter's Ford Road now vacated, said point being on the Southwesterly line of land of the U.S.A., Berlin Reservoir; thence S. 45-34 E., a distance of 70-45 feet along the old centerline and property line to a point at the Southeasterly corner of this Grantor; thence S. 44-26 W., a distance of 100.00 feet along the said common line with land of Durrett to the true place of beginning and containing 0.404 acre of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Professional Land Surveyor Number 5065 in February, 1997.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
