And known as being part of Mantua Township Lot No. 9 of the original survey of said township bounded by beginning at a point in the East line of said lot and also being the center of the highway 929.06 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 9; thence South 89 deg. 45' W. 881.95 feet to an iron pin driven in the center of Black Brook Ditch; thence N. 68 deg. 53' 55" E. 943.74 feet to the East line of the lot and also being the center of the highway and being marked by a nail in the bridge; thence South along the center of the highway and also the East line of the lot 335.94 feet to the place of beginning and being a triangular tract of land, as surveyd by R. O. Whitacre, November 12, 1930.

And known as being part of Lot No. 9 in said Township of Mantua, bounded by beginning at a point in the East line of Lot No. 9, which point is 804.36 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot No. 9; thence South 89 deg. 45' West, 1209.35 feet to the center of the ditch; thence North 68 deg. 53' 55" East, 350.35 feet along the center of the ditch; thence North 89 deg. 45' East, 881.95 feet to an iron pipe in the East line of the lot; thence South 0 deg. 15' East, 124.70 feet to the place of beginning, as surveyed by R. O. Whitacre, May 14, 1932. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
