Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being part of Original Lot 66, South Division in Ravenna Township (now City) and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the intersection of the Southerly line of Van Buren Avenue and the Easterly line of South Chestnut Stret (SIC) Street; thence South 01 degrees 15' 00" East along the Easterly line of South Chestnut Street, a distance of 676.32 feet to an iron rod at the Southwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by W. H. and C. Gatts and H. R. and M. A. Jones which marks the true place of begonning (SIC) beginning for the following described parcel of land;
1. Thence North 89 degrees 40' 20" East, along the Southerly line if said Gatts and Jones a distance of 187.14 feet to an iron pipe in the Westerly line of Hickory Way;
2. Thence South 00 degrees 18' 33" West along the Westerly line of Hickory Way a distance of 51.31 feet to an iron rod at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by C. and L. Plough;
3. Thence South 89 degrees 39' 12" West along the Northerly line of said Plough a distance of 185.75 feet to an iron pipe in the Easterly line of South Chestnut Street;
4. Thence North 01 degrees 15' 00" West along the Easterly line of South Chestnut Street a distance of 51.38 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.219 acres of land as surveyed October 3, 1973 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
