Beginning at a point of intersection of the Southeasterly right of way line of Atwood Place and the Southwesterly right-of-way line of Windham Street (SR 82); thence S. 39 deg. 30' E., parallel to and 33.00 feet from the centerline of Windham Street, 411.40 feet to a point; thence S. 54 deg. 34' 12" W., along the Easterly line of lands now owned by R. W. and E. A. Matson, 7.02 feet to an iron pipe in the new right-of-way line of Windham Street and the true point of beginning for the following described premises; thence S. 39 deg. E., along said right-of-way line, passing over an iron pipe found at 60.00 feet, 62.57 feet to a point; thence 50 deg. 30' W., 10.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence 39 deg. 30' E., along said right-of-way line, 56.56 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 54 deg. 39' 34" W., along the Westerly line of lands now owned by R. W. and D. R. Roubic 135.65 feet to an existing iron pipe; thence N. 39 deg. 30" W., 119.63 feet to an iron pipe in the Easterly line of lands now owned by R. W. and E. L. Matson; thence N. 54 deg. 34' 12" E., along said Matson's line, 145.65 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 0.386 acre of land as surveyed in July 1991 by Donald D. Harvey, Reg. Surveyor No. 4112.
