And known as being a parcel of a land located in Lot 7 of Atwater Township, Portage County, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 7 of Atwater Township and the centerline of county of Highway 125 and on the township line between Atwater and Deerfield Township; thence North along the centerline of County Highway 125 and on the township line between Atwater and Deerfield Township a distance of 2854.95 feet to a bolt in the pavement which is the true place of beginning for this description; thence West and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet at side of road, a total distance of 1452.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North, parallel with the centerline of C.H. #125, a distance of 150.00 feet to an iron pin; thence East, passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet at side of road, a distance of 1452.00 feet to the centerline of County Highway 125; thence South along the centerline of County Highway 125 a distance of 150.00 feet to the true place of beginning, and containing 5.00 acres of land as surveyed July 8th, 1967, by Thomas E. James, Registered Surveyor No. 1431 of the State of Ohio.
