And known as being part of Lot 21, Division 4, as NE in Palmyra Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Cableline Road and the North line of Lot 21 and beginning West 1202.58 feet from the N.E. corner of Lot 21; thence South 00 degrees 05' West 1067.57 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 33 feet from the road center; thence West 150.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 00 degrees 05' East 1067.57 feet to the centerline of Cableline Road and passing over an iron pipe 33 feet from the road center; thence East 150.00 feet along the centerline of Cableline Road and the North line of Lot 21 to the beginning. Containing 3.676 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in July, 1979 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor.
