Situated in the Township of Mantua, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Original Lot No. 31 and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a stone as the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 31; thence South 88 deg. 43' East along the South line of said Lot No. 31 for a distance of 667.08 feet to an iron pin which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land. This true place of beginning is also the centerline of Mennonite Road, which is also known as Highway No. 256; thence continuing South 88 deg. 43' East along the South line of said Lot No. 31 and road center for a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 2 deg. 17' 30" West for a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 88 deg. 43' West for a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 2 deg. 17' 30" East for a distance of 250.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 1.432 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius P. Converse, Serial No. 1199, in July 1952.
NOTE:
Iron pipes were set 30 feet Northwardly from the South line of said Lot No. 31 on both the North and South lines.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
