And known as beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 57 in the center of the East and West Road where it is interesected by the Northwest corner of Henry and Elizabeth Leopold's property; thence North 89 deg. 54' West along above mentioned lot line 190.00 feet to a point; thence South 0 deg. 14' West, 229.26 feet to an iron pipe passing over the iron pipe 30.00 feet from said lot line; thence South 89 deg. 59' West 229.26 feet to an iron pipe on the West line of said Leopold's property; thence North 0 deg. 14' East along Leopold's West line 190.00 feet to the place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the beginning point, containing 1.00 acre of land surveyed by Marvin Stevens, Registered Surveyor No. 260. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
