Michael which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing S. 1 deg. 27' 00" W., along the centerline of S.R. 44, a distance of 86.27 feet to a point at the Northeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by M. K. English; thence N. 88 deg. 41' 00" W., a distance of 305.25 feet to a point at the Northwesterly corner of said English; thence N. 11 deg. 20' 39" W., a distance of 27.41 feet to a point at the Southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned by R. W. & M. A. Lowden; thence N. 1 deg. 46' 03" E., along an Easterly line of said Lowden a distance of 53.50 feet to a point in a Southerly line of Lowden; thence S. 86 deg. 42' 00" E., a distance of 45.52 feet to a point at a Southeasterly corner of said Lowden; thence N. 1 deg. 21' 00" E., along an Easterly line of Lowden a distance of 8.00 feet to a point at the Southwesterly corner of the aforementioned Michael; thence S. 88 deg. 35' 52" E., along the Southerly line of said Michael a distance of 265.54 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.608 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed April 3, 1980 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.
