Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage, State of Ohio and known as being a part of Ravenna Township Original Lot 49 in said city and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point marking the centerline intersection of Freedom Street and Lafayette Avenue; thence N. 3 deg. 12' 35" E., a distance of 25.00' along the centerline of Freedom St. to a monument; thence N. 87 deg. 48' 36" W., a distance of 403.30' along the North right-of-way line of Lafayette Ave. to an I.P. which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 87 deg. 48' 36" W. along the said right-of-way a distance of 60.00' to an I.P.; thence N. 3 deg. 14' 50" E., a distance of 254.19' along the Easterly line of D. W. & J. Preslan to an I.P.; thence S. 88 deg. 05' 52" E., a distance of 50.01' along a Southerly line of T. G. Keyser to an I.P.; thence S. 3 deg. 14' 50" W., a distance of 254.49' along the Westerly line of a 0.887 acre and a 0.165 acre tracts to the true place of beginning and containing 0.350 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.
Said Premises Located at 531 LaFayette Ave., Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $90,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
