Situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And being Unit 504-B and undivided 4.46% interest in the common area and facilities of Springtree Condominiums, Phase 1, as the same is shown of record upon the drawings at Volume 27, Pages 49-63, inclusive, of the Portage County Records of Plats, and whose declaration of condominium ownership, by-laws and drawings have been recorded pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5311, at Volume 975, Pages 505-552, inclusive of the Portage County Records of Deeds; and as amended on February 4, 1980, and re-recorded at Volume 975, Pages 709-716, inclusive, of the Portage Country Records of Deeds.
In addition, title to the within property includes the entire interest in an unattached two (2) car garage, said garage being the garage to Units 506-B and 508-B, as the same is shown of record upon the drawings at Volume 27, Pages 49-63, inclusive, of the Portage County Records of Plats, and the declaration of Condominium Ownership recorderd in Volume 975, Pages 505-552, inclusive, of the Portage Country Records of Deeds, and as amended on February 4, 1980, and recorded at Volume 975 Pages 709-716, inclusive of the Portage County Records of Deeds.
Said Premises Located at 504 North Greenbriar Drive, Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $135,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
