Situated in the Township of Atwater, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Lot No. 98 in said township and further described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Town Lot No. 93, 165 feet; Atwater Station;
1. Thence North along the West line of Town Lot No. 93, 165 feet;
2. Thence West and parallel with the North line of highway 49 1/2 feet;
3. Thence South and parallel with the West line of Town Lot No. 93, 165 feet to the North line of the highway;
4. Thence East along the North line of the highway 49 1/2 feet to the place of beginning. This tract is shown on the Auditor's Tax Map as Town Lot No. 92 Atwater Stations.
PARCEL TWO:
Situated in the Township of Atwater, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being the West half of Town Lot No. 93 Atwater Station in Original Lot No. 98 and further described as follows:
Bounded by beginning at an iron pin in the North line of the highway at the Southwest corner of Parcel No. 1 above described:
1. Thence North along the East line of said Parcel No. 1, 165 feet to the South line of lands formerly owned by F. G. Needham, owned by D. and E. Osco;
2. Thence East along the South line of Osco's land 34 feet;
3. Thence South 165 feet to the North line of the highway;
4. Thence West along the North line of said highway, 34 feet, more or less, to the true place of beginning. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
