Beginning at an iron pipe in the East line of Elm St. 60.85 feet North of the North line of Lafayette Ave.; thence North along the East line of Elm St. 59.15 feet to an iron pipe; thence East parallel with the North line of Lafayette St. 130.24 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 59.15 feet to an iron pipe; thence West passing thru the center of a double garage 130.27 feet to the place of beginning.

Said Premises Located at 332 Elm Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $70,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
