Situated in the Township of Suffield, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being a part of Lot No. 14 in said Suffield Township, more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a bolt in the centerline intersection of Trares Road, (C.H. 25) and the Congress Lake-Brimfield Road (C.H. 17); thence S. 1 deg. 34' E., along the centerline of said Congress Lake-Brimfield Road, a distance of 1268.00 feet to a bolt and the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence N. 87 deg. 57' 30" E., passing over an iron pipe set 20 feet from the center of the road, a distance of 579.48 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 1 deg. 33' E., a distance of 223.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 87 deg. 57' 30" W., a distance of 579.41 feet to a bolt in the center of the road and passing over an iron pipe set 20 feet Easterly from said bolt; thence N. 1 deg. 34' W., along the center of the road to the place of beginning, containing 2.97 acres of land, more or less.
Said Premises Located at 1826 Congress Lake Road, Mogadore, OH 44260.
Said Premises Appraised at $65,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
