Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 24 and in the center line of Frost Road then S. 0 degrees 51' E., 280.00 feet along the East line of Lot 24 to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence N. 89 degrees 56' 40" W., 100.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 degrees 51' W., 280.00 feet to the center line of Frost Road and the North line of Lot 24, and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence S. 89 degrees 56' 40" E., 100.00 feet along the center lines of Frost Road and the North line of Lot 24 to the beginning. Containing 0.643 of an acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in January, 1972 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.
