Situated in the Township of Mantua, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being part of Lot No. 32 in said township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the Southeast corner of said Sublot No. 32; thence North 00 deg. 12' West along the East line of said Sublot No. 32 which is also the centerline of Highway No. 197 (Frost-Ellsworth Road) for a distance of 1,294.00 feet to an iron pipe which also marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land. This true place of beginning is at the Northeast corner of the Horton Alger Farm; thence continuing North 00 deg. 12' West along the East line of said Lot No. 32 for a distance of 317.70 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of a 1.734 acre parcel of land now owned by Abner Stover; thence South 88 deg. 44' West (and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the East line) and along the South side of the Abner Stover parcel for a distance of 274.31 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 15 deg. 30' West for a distance of 5.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 deg. 44' West for a distance of 10.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 15 deg. 30' West along the East side of a parcel of land under a land contract to Leonard Hirechman, Jr. for a distance of 328.00 to an iron pipe in the North line of Horton Alger Farm; thence North 88 deg. 34' East along the North side of said Alger Farm for a distance of 374.46 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 2.405 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Serial No. 1199, November 21, 1953. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
