The following real property situated in the City of Ravenna, County of Portage and the State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Original Township Lot 16 in the South division of lots in Ravenna Township, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning in the center of North Chestnut Street at the Southwest corner of land in said lot owned by H & H Jones, said place of beginning being about 107 feet due South from the North lot line of the tract of land conveyed by L. C. Dodge and William Poe to Homer J. Myers and I. Haylor and be deed dated May 14, 1906, of record in Volume 201, Page 540, now owned by W.M. and M.D. Martyne; thence South along the center of said street, 65 feet to a Northwest corner of land of E. Schriner, now owned by H.F. and L.M. Fisher; thence East along the North line of said land of Schriner, now owned by H.F. and L.M. Fisher, 195 feet; thence North Parallel with the East line of said street, 12 feet; thence East along the North Line of said land of Schriner, now owned by H.F. and L.M. Fisher, to the Westerly line of the right of way of the A.G.W. Railway, now owned by the Eire Railroad; thence Northeasterly along said Westerly line of the right way to the Southeast corner of land of H & H Jones; thence Westerly along the South line of said land of Jones to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
