And known as being part of Lot No. 41, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
And further known as being all of Sublot No. 7 of Collier Allotment as recorded in Volume 19 at Page No. 31 of Portage County Record of Plats; said Sublot No. 7 lies directly East of parcel of land now owned by Marks, Mark's East line being contiguous with the West line of said Sublot No. 7. The area of said sublot No. 7 is one acre.
PARCEL 2:
Situated in the Township of Nelson, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. Fourty-One (41), township, county and state aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the centerline intersection of State Route No. 305 and Kyle Road (Highway No. 311). This iron pin is situated in the North line of said Lot No. 41 a distance of 874.50 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot No. 41.
Said Premises Located at 11510 Kyle Road, Garrettsville, Ohio 44231.
Said Premises Appraised at $100,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
