In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, in the Hon. Joseph R. Kainrads Courtroom in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, November 22, 2004, at 1:00 P.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Palmyra to-wit:

Thence West a distance of 413.30 feet along the North line of T.H. 127 to an iron pin which is the true place of beginning; 3. Thence continuing West a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pin; 4. Thence North a distance of 742.44 feet to an iron pin; 5. Thence East a distance of 250.00 feet to an iron pin; 6. Land Surveyor No. 5065, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
