Known as being part of Lot No. 4, Subdivision 4 of the Southeast quarter of Edinburg Township, beginning at a stone monument at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 4; thence S. 1 deg. 42' E., 370.75 ft. along the East line of Lot No. 4 to the center of the Cleveland and East Liverpool Road; and passing over an iron pin set 45.94 feet from the centerline of the road; thence N. 47 deg. 37' W. 537.44 ft. along the center of the road to a point; thence N. 86 deg. 46' E., 386.07 along the North line of Lot No. 4 to the place of beginning and passing over an iron rod set 47.84 feet from the center of the road and containing 1.6429 acres.
Said Premises Located at 3580 S.R. 14, Rootstown, OH 44272.
Said Premises Appraised at $105,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998.
