Situated in the City of Streetsboro, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being a tract of land located in Lot #48, Streetsboro Township, Portage County, State of Ohio, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the Northwest corner of Lot #48, said point being in the centerline of C.H. #200 (Page Road) and the Northwest corner of lands now or formerly owned by Anna Wiencek; thence S. 0 deg. 08' W. along the centerline of said road and West line of Lot #48, 1456.57 ft. to a point, being the principal place of beginning for the following conveyance; thence S. 88 deg. 59' E. and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 ft. at the side of the road, 820.81 ft. to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 05' W. 132.66 ft. to an iron pipe; thence N. 88 deg. 59' W. 820.92 ft. to the centerline of C.H. #200 and the West line of Lot #48 and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 ft. at the side of the road; thence N. 0 deg. 08' E. along the centerline of said road 132.66 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 2.50 acres. Also known as Lot No. 5-B in Wiencek Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 8 of Portage County Records. Subject to the following restrictions and other restrictions of record:
"All buildings to be 100 feet or more from center of highway and not less that 750 sq. feet on main floor of home."
Said Premises Located at 9234 Page Road, Streetsboro, OH 44241.
Said Premises Appraised at $125,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
