Being known as part of Lot No. 38, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found at the Northeast property line intersection of Pleasant Avenue and the Ravenna-Brady Road, (which point is also the Southwest corner of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by Helen G. Parker, now owned by Dorothy A. Gierke and is 45.00 feet North of the centerline of the Ravenna-Brady Lake Road); thence South 80 deg. 27' East along the South line of said Helen Parker, now Dorothy A. Gierke land for a distance of 82.50 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence North along the East side of the said Helen Parker, now Dorothy A. Gierke land for a distance of 132.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 47' East for a distance of 53.01 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 141.12 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 80 deg. 27' West for a distance of 53.75 feet to the true place of beginning, and containing 0.166 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Serial No. 1199 on April 14, 1951.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described parcel of land:
Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio, and being a parcel of land in Township Lot No. 38 and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northeast property line intersection of Pleasant Avenue and the Ravenna-Brady Lake Road (which point is 45.00 feet North of the center of the Ravenna-Brady Lake Road); thence South 80 deg. 27' East along the North line of said road, 82.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 85.00 feet to an iron pipe and the true place of beginning; thence continuing the same course 47.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 47' East, 38.08 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 7 deg. 11' West, 47.39 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 47' West, 33.15 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 0.04 acres of land. Surveyed by Marvin F. Stevens, Reg. Surveyor No. 260.

Situated in the Township of Franklin, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being known as part of Lot No. 38, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the true place of beginning of Parcel One as described above; thence South 80 deg. 27' East for a distance of 53.75 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 45.00 feet to the centerline of the Ravenna-Brady Lake Road; thence North 80 deg. 27' West along the centerline of the Ravenna-Brady Lake Road for a distance of 53.75 feet to a point; thence North 45.00 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.055 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Serial No. 1199 on April 14, 1951.
