And known as being a part of Lot 104 in said township and beginning at a point in the center of the road 1294 feet South of the Northwest corner of land of Mary Ellen Cooper now H. W. Wise; thence East 11.5 feet to a C. A. and MVRR fence; thence Southeast along C. A. and MV right of way 309.5 feet to an iron pin; thence West 134 feet to the center of the road; thence North along center of the road 290 feet to the place of beginning containing .485 acres.

Situated in the Township of Atwater, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Being a part of Lot 104, being further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found at the intersection of the centerline of T.H. 51 (Moff Road) and C.H. 50 (Stroup Road); thence South 4 deg. 00' West, a distance of 1130.93 feet along the centerline of said C.H. 50 (Stroup Road) to a railroad spike set at the intersection of the Southerly right of way line of the C. & P. Railroad with said centerline; thence South 18 deg. 16' 30" East, a distance of 489.61 feet along said C. & P. Railroad right of way line to a point; thence North 86 deg. 00' West, a distance of 54.03 feet to an iron rod set at the Easterly corner of land now owned or by D. Hettrick; thence North 18 deg. 16' 30" West, a distance of 347.07 feet to a railroad spike set on the centerline of said C.H. 50 (Stroup Road); thence North 4 deg. 00' East along said C.H. 50 (Stroup) centerline, a distance of 131.90 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.480 acres of land as surveyed by George L. Wood, Reg. Surveyor No. 6091, June 1974.

Said Premises Appraised at $65,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
