Being a part of Sub-division 4 in Lot No. Six (6) in the North East quarter of Edinburg Township, bounded by beginning at a railroad spike in the center line of the highway (Rock Spring Road, C.H. 52), at the North-west corner of Sub-division 4; thence South 89 deg. 51' East, 360 feet along said sub-division 4; thence South 89 deg. 51' East, 360 feet along said Sub-division line to an iron pipe, and passing over an iron pipe set 30 ft. from the center of highway; thence South 0 deg. 30' East, 133 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 51' West, 360 feet to a railroad spike on lot line and center line of highway (Rock Spring Road, C.H. 52), and passing over an iron pipe set 30 feet from center of highway; thence North 0 deg. 30' West, 133 feet along lot line and center of highway (Rock Spring Road, C.H. 52), to the place of beginning and containing 1.10 acres of land. Surveyed July 21, 1945 by C. B. Dodge, Registered Surveyor No. 1682.
Said Premises Located at 4584 Rock Spring Road, Ravenna, OH 44266.
Said Premises Appraised at $70,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
