Situated in the Township of Deerfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as and being part of Lot #7, in said township more fully bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning in the East line of Lot #7, which is also in the centerline of County Highway #75, (Bonner Road), South 175.00 feet from an iron pin at the Northeast corner thereof; thence continuing along the East lot line and C.H. #75 centerline South 175.00 feet; thence West (passing over an iron pipe at 25.00 feet), 248.91 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 175.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence East (passing over an iron pipe at 223.91 feet), 248.91 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.00 acre of land as surveyed in April 1957, by Leo E. Martin, Registered Surveyor, #2587, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Subject to easements and conditions and restrictions of record, if any.
Said Premises Located at 1557 Bonner Road, Deerfield, OH 44411.
Said Premises Appraised at $120,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
