Beginning at a point in the centerline of the Mogadore-Kent Road and the intersection of the South line of Franklin Township; thence N. 15 deg. 30' E., along the center line of said road 190.00 feet to a point; thence N. 83 deg. 25' W., 167.10 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 87 deg. 05' W., 60.00 feet to an iron pin; thence South 174.80 feet to a point in the South line of Franklin Township to the place of beginning and containing .804 acres of land more or less but subject to all legal highways and easements of record.

A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
