And known as being part of Original Franklin Township Lot No. 31 and further described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Crain Avenue with the Southerly line of Lake Street; thence North 69 degrees 15' East, along the Southerly line of Lake Street, 305.55 feet to a bridge spike and the true place of beginning; thence continuing along the Southerly line of Lake Street, North 69 degrees 15' East, 41.25 feet to an iron pin; thence South 11 degrees 11' 30" East, 139.80 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 54' West, 23 feet to an iron pin; thence South 19 degrees East, 10.70 feet, steel post found 0.11 West; thence North 85 degrees 51' West, 5.25 feet to an iron pin; thence North 17 degrees 11' 40" West, 138.50 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 4594 square feet or 0.1055 acres as surveyed by Dana D. Fawley, R.S. No. 4829, July 13, 1966, be the same more or less, but subject to a driveway easement of 10 feet in width, the centerline of which is the Westerly property line of above described property.

Said Premises Appraised at $50,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
