Beginning at a point in the centerline of Rock Spring Road and being N. 5 deg. 49' 32" W., 64.15 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 33; thence S. 89 deg. 07' 28" W., 511.46 feet along the Grantor's South line to an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of J. or D. Phile and passing over an iron pipe 30.11 feet from the road center; thence N. 10 deg. 25' 13" W., 190.02 feet along the Grantor's West line; thence N. 81 deg. 56' 30" E., 525.17 feet to the centerline of Rock Spring Road and passing over an iron pipe 137.15 feet from the aforementioned West line and also an iron pipe 30.02 feet from the road center; thence S. 5 deg. 49' 32" E., 254.00 feet along the centerline of Rock Spring Road to the beginning.
