PARCEL NO. I:
Situated in the Village of Windham, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. 55 in said township, county and state:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 55 on the centerline of State Route No. 303; a distance of 825 feet to a point which is the Southwest corner of an 11.69 acre parcel standing in the name of Fay Ball; thence Northerly along the West line of said 11.69 acre parcel a distance of 1527.0 feet to a point in the South line of a 44.21 acre parcel standing in the name of Newman Chaffee, said point being also the Northwest corner of the aforementioned 11.69 acre parcel in the name of Fay Ball; thence Westerly along the South line of the said 44.21 acre parcel in the name of Newman Chaffee to a point in the West line of Lot No. 55, being also on the centerline of Township Highway 236-A, Bryant Road; thence Southerly along the centerline of the said Township Highway No. 236-A to the place of beginning and containing 28.50 acres of land, be the same more or less.

EXCEPTION NO I:
Situated in the aforesaid township, county and state:
Beginning at a point at the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 55 which is also the centerline intersection of Highway No. 303 and Highway No. 236; thence North along the West line of said Lot No. 55 and centerline of Highway No. 236 for a distance of 1418.28 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence continuing North along the West line of said Lot No. 55 for a distance of 107.90 feet to an iron pipe at the Southwest corner of a 54.61 acre parcel of land owned by Newman Chaffee; thence South 89 deg. 46' E., along the South line of said Chaffee land for a distance of 403.70 feet to an iron pipe; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lot No. 55 for a distance of 107.90 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 89 deg. 46' W., for a distance of 403.70 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 1.00 acre of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Serial No. 1199 in October, 1954.
NOTE:
Iron pipes were set South 89 deg. 46' E., for a distance of 30.00 feet from the West line of said Lot No. 55 on both of the East and West lines.
EXCEPTION NO. II:
And known as being part of Lot No. 55 township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning by a point marked by an iron pin in the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 55; this point is also in the centerline intersection of Highway No. 303 and Highway No. 236; thence North along the West line of Lot No. 55 and centerline of Highway No. 236 for a distance of 1,094.58 feet to an iron pin which marks the true place of beginning of the following described parcel of land; thence continuing North along the West line of said Lot No. 55 and centerline of Highway No. 236 for a distance of 323.70 feet to an iron pin found at the Southwest corner of a 1.00 acre parcel of land now owned by E. and C. Moore; thence S. 89 deg. 46' East along the South side of said Moore property for a distance of 403.70 feet to an iron pin at the Southeast corner of said Moore property; thence South parallel with the West line of said Lot No. 55 and 403.70 feet Eastwardly therefrom for a distance of 323.70 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 deg. 46' West for a distance of 403.70 feet to the true place of beginning and found to contain 3.000 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Registered Surveyor No. 1199 in June, 1963.
NOTE:
The bearings used in this instrument are referred to the same meridian as those used in the E. and C. Moore property surveyed of a 1.00 acre parcel of land in Lot 55.
EXCEPTION III:
Situated in the township, county and state aforesaid and known as being Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Matthew Allotments and containing 5.629 acres, Plat Book 21, Page 4, Portage County Records of Plats. Also excepting Lots 4.1R, 4.2R and 4.3R of resubdivision of Lot 4 of Matthew Allotment and containing 2.987 acres resubdivision, Plat Book 31, Page 62 of Portage County Records of Plats.
EXCEPTION IV:
Situated in the township, county and state aforesaid and known as being 1.395 acres of land shown as in the road on Plat Book 21, Page 4 of Portage County Records of Plats, which is the plat of Matthew Allotment.
EXCEPTION V:
Situated in the township, county and state aforesaid and known as being 0.138 acres of land shown as in the roadway on Plat Book 31, Page 62 which is the re-plat of Matthew Allotment.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Situated in the Township of Windham, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Lot No. 55 Windham Township, beginning in the Northeast corner of Sublot 2 of the Matthew Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 4, of the Portage County Records, which is also the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence North 89 deg. 46 min. West 348.60 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left having a central angle of 90 deg. 14 min., with a radius of 25.00 feet, a length of 39.37 feet to a point on the East right-of-way of Bryant Road T.H. 236, with a chord of 35.43 feet and chord bearing of South 45 deg. 07 min. West; thence along the East right-of-way of Bryant Road T.H. 236 North 110 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the left having central angle of 89 deg. 46 min. with a radius of 25 feet, a length of 39.17 feet to a point with a chord of 35.28 feet and a chord bearing of South 44 deg. 53 min. East; thence 89 deg. 46 min. E., a distance of 348.80 feet to a point; thence South a distance of 60 feet back to the place of beginning and containing 0.5200 acres of land more or less.
