Beginning at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of N. Freedom St. (60') and the North line of Cedar Ave. (50'); thence N. 02-18-00 E., along said centerline of N. Freedom St., 55.00' to a point, and the true place of beginning; thence continuing N. 02-18-00 E., along said street centerline, 5.00' to a point; thence S. 89-00-00 E., parallel to said North line of Cedar Ave., 30.01' to a point on the East line of said N. Freedom St.; thence N. 02-18-00 E., along said street line, 50.00' to an I.P. found; thence S. 89-00-00 E., 180.00' to an I.P. found; thence S. 02-18-00 W., parallel to said Freedom St., 50.00' to an I.P. found; thence N. 89-00-00 W. 55.00' to a 5/8" rebar set; thence S. 02-18-00 W., 5.00' to an I.P. found; thence N. 89-00-00 W., 155.00' to the true place of beginning, (and passing through an I.P. found at 124.99'), and containing 0.2343 acres of land, as surveyed by Edward A. Pay, Reg. Surveyor #5415, in May of 2002, but subject to all legal roads, highways, and easements of record.

Said Premises Appraised at $110,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid, cash or check, payable to the Portage County Sheriff is required at the time the bid is accepted. The balance of Purchase Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
